Shipping Policy

Imperial Resource Group, like many other service providers, uses USPS, UPS, and Fedex to ship all of its products. Once an order is completed, the item(s) will take between 3-5 business days to arrive. Upon arrival, the customer has 15 days to decide if they are satisfied with their product and within that timeframe may return it.
